This piece was the companion border tile to the Renaissance Medallion. Reclaimed from the Renaissance Books Building in downtown Milwaukee, WI, it too now has a new lease on life. Glazed in warm grey, slate blue, terra cotta, sand and pale aqua, it also has a warm charcoal tine low-lights.
This building was originally built as a showroom for a furniture manufactuere in 1893 and pressed by the Friedley and Voshart Metal Stamping Co. in Chicago. The building was razed in 2019 due to profound neglect after being condemned for years.
It measures 48" x 18" and can be hung vertically or horizontally and comes with necessary hanging hardware. Weight is approximately 10 pounds.
